About Me

In a nutshell...

My name is Gay McDonell and I have a Bachelor of Education (Home Economics) Honours Class 1, from The University of Newcastle, NSW (1988-1991) and a Statement of Attainment – Fashion Headwear Skills, Hamilton College of TAFE, NSW (1992).

I have been teaching TAS (Technology and Applied Studies) which for me, involves Technology, Food Technology and Textiles Technology at various high schools in the Hunter Region, NSW for about 8 years.

I dabble in a wide range of textile crafts and I attend workshops and seminars all over to inspire me and update my skills.
